This cookie is a coffee , mocha lovers DREAMMMMM!
The cookie itself uses mocha concentrate and Sumatra grinds and then is loaded with white Belgium chips for sweetness, semisweet for Balance, and chocolate covered espresso beans in three flavored chocolates . I AM OBSESSED with how this cookie turned out.
