This is my take on a classic snickerdoodle. This is two Snickerdoodles in one giant 6oz cookie. We baked a normal sized snickerdoodle and then folded the baked cookie into a separate snickerdoodle dough and baked them off for the absolute most perfect snickerdoodle ever... or as we call it the KCookie Double doodle.
These take a lot of effort and time so they are set to sell out and will be restocked when I have enough dough to have a second offering.
