How Catering Orders Work
After you contact us, we will connect with you directly to determine all the specifics of your order and provide you the cost and how the pickup/delivery process will work. Please provide us with a delivery window time. In addition, we request to have contact information provided so we can contact someone directly with any questions.
Once you confirm we will generate an invoice, the day of your order we fulfill your order ensuring it is ready for pickup/delivery at the agreed upon time. We ask that orders are picked up during normal business hours, however, we do take requests for times outside our normal hours.
Catering Delivery
We can deliver your catered cookies to you within 20-miles of our shop for a $30 charge. In cases where you are outside of this delivery radius just let us know when you place your order and we often can accommodate.
Catering FAQs
We ask for two weeks’ notice prior to your event. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate same-day requests.
Yes; we can include special colors and packaging upon request, and you’re welcome to provide custom stickers that we can add to the cookie packaging. Customers can bring in small round 1-2” diameter stickers that we will attach to the cookie packaging. Please have the stickers to us a week before your order is due.
In short no, however, we only individually wrap cookies for orders of 50+ cookies.
Absolutely; you can choose any flavors you like!
Our cookies aim to satisfy; in general, we recommend one cookie per person.
We offer a gluten-friendly cookie and many of our cookie flavors do not contain nuts. Please be aware that our kitchens are not gluten-free and exercise caution.
Yes, all of our cookies contain real eggs and European butter. For cookies with nuts, we can indicate those if requested.
Yes, we allow for modifications to catering orders. However, we request at least two weeks' notice.
Our cookies stay fresh without refrigeration for 3–5 days assuming they are stored at room temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating as this can dry out the cookies.
We accept all forms of payment. Upon finalizing your order, we will generate an invoice that you can complete payment for directly online. We ask for the invoice to be paid at least two weeks prior to when your order will be filled.
Yes, we are licensed as a Food Handler and Establishment by the state of Kansas. Our baker is also individually certified as a Safe Food Handler. Our kitchens are regularly inspected and fully insured.
