KCookies began with a spark of an idea that lit up during Christina’s first trip to New York, where she fell in love with the idea of crafting the perfect cookie. That inspiration followed her home to Kansas, where she transformed her basement into a commercial kitchen and spent nearly two years obsessing over every detail of her recipe. The goal? A cookie that’s bold, balanced, and unforgettable.
Before KCookies sold our first treat, Christina gave away thousands of dollars’ worth of cookies to neighbors and friends to share her joy for baking. Word spread, a website was born, and pop-up events started popping up all over the Kansas City area. Thanks to incredible support from local businesses who hosted us, KCookies quickly became a community favorite.
In November 2023, we outgrew the basement and opened our first storefront at 1239 W. Harold Street in Olathe, Kansas. It’s a cozy little spot where small batches still reign supreme, and every cookie is made with top-tier ingredients—real eggs, real European butter, and swoon-worthy chocolate.
