Hello Sunshine! Our Lemon cookie is a perfect mix of sweet and tart. We use white chips, Blonde Oreos, real lemon juice, and lemon zest. Then we double dip the cookies in a lemon syrup and a lemon glaze/ frosting. It truly is  6 oz of heaven!
